Existing cancellation conditions for booked hosting engagements.
Cancellation of a hosting engagement
After booking, the client is entitled to cancel the hosting engagement in writing. If you cancel up to ten weeks before the start, a cancellation fee of 75% of the agreed hosting fee will be due. If canceled up to eight weeks before the start, the cancellation fee is 80%. If you cancel after that, the full cancellation fee must be paid. The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation letter by the host.
